Fees and Deadlines


Priority Registration I – December 15, 2018

*Priority Registration II – January 26, 2019

Regular Registration – March 1, 2019

Full Payment Deadline – March 15, 2019

*The first round of country assignments will be given out after the Priority II registration period ends in early February. Teams and individuals registering after this date will receive country assignments based on what is still available.



Priority I – $50 per delegate

Priority II – $60 per delegate

Regular – $75 per delegate


Payment Policy

Invoices will be sent to the faculty advisor email address on record. Specific priority/regular fees are contingent upon payment by the due date listed on the invoice. If payments are missed, we reserve the right to readjust to the next tier of pricing. Any late payments are also subject to a 10% late charge.

Cancellation Policy

 Cancellation Timeline   Refund Type
 Greater than 4 weeks before the start of the conference  Full refund
 Between 4 and 2 weeks before the start of the conference  50% refund
 Within 2 weeks of the start of the conference  No refund
